iSys – The Imaging Systems Group Inc. has hired Randy Rickert as director of iSys Label Division. Rickert will spearhead the expansion of iSys Label worldwide into new markets, encouraging business opportunities across the country. Prior to joining iSys, Rickert worked as OKI Data’s director of Graphics Art and Production, and as general manager for Mutoh.
Screen USA has added three new members to its Direct Support Services Division. Randy Baird was appointed as senior field service engineer, and he will provide direct support services for the Screen and Inca Digital Printers product lines. Baird spent many years as a third-party service contractor for end users of Screen commercial and flexo computer-to-plate devices and Truepress series wide-format inkjet printing systems. Patrick Cassidy was also named as a senior field service engineer, and he will be responsible for servicing the Inca line of digital printing systems. Jake Bailey was hired as a field service engineer, and he will provide service for Inca products.
