Allegra Network LLC has appointed Bob Milroy as president of the company’s Print/Marketing Division. Milroy joined Allegra in 2009 as chief marketing officer and has guided the company’s plan to help franchise members evolve into professional marketing services providers. Allegra has also appointed Ray Palmer as president of the Sign Division. He most recently served as president of Columbia, Maryland-based Signs by Tomorrow, and his experience will be an asset in his new position.

The new General Scenery, Inc. has opened its doors in Orlando, Florida at 1701 Directors Row. Specializing in custom built scenery, rentals, and graphics for large corporate productions, theme parks, studios, and special events, the company is also able to provide large format printing and CNC routing for custom graphics or signage.

Global Imaging has hired Erica Martin as graphic production specialist. She will be responsible for Web site maintenance and enhancement of brand online presence, graphic production, and design and support in marketing collateral. She previously worked at Denver Custom Signs. Global has also hired Daniel Sawyer as technical systems specialist. Sawyer will provide installations, training, and technical support for the portfolio of wide and grand format equipment, software, and accessories sold by Global Imaging. He has over twenty years of experience with digital systems, print workflow solutions, and a wide variety of print processes.

LexJet has been selected as a reseller of General Binding Corporation’s (GBC) laminating and binding products. Customers will now have access to more than 450 of GBC’s full line of products at LexJet, including laminates and coatings, mounting adhesives, laminators, backers, and binding equipment and supplies.

Oracal USA has appointed Thomas Mullin as director of Sales. He will lead the territory sales managers and oversee development and management of Oracal’s sales strategies for its’ broad line of premium graphic marking films, digital printing media and industrial tapes throughout the United States, Canada, Latin America, and the Caribbean. Mullin previously worked as regional sales director for 3M.

Orbus Exhibit & Display Group has hired fifteen new employees to its staff since its January. The new hires are: Carly Strama, inside sales East Coast Region; Maris Fujiura, e-commerce administrator; Katie Belcher, customer service administrator; Tabitha Lewis, customer service administrator; Carla Trezzo, inside sales Southeast Region; Ozy Sanchez, International Sales; Luke Buffo, shipping clerk; Rudy Compart, CAD detailer; Ashley Evans, art assistant; Jorge Banuelos, shipping clerk; Frank Krejsa, QA associate; Joseph Geddes, art coordinator; Christine Graff, shipping administrator; Ben Kilgore, web designer; Omar Ortega, shipping clerk.

Signs By Tomorrow has opened a new center in Kansas City, MO, which is owned by Charles Payne and Amy Ortman. Located in downtown Kansas City at 3637 Main Street, the new Signs By Tomorrow Kansas City Midtown will offer a full-range of custom, cost-effective signs and graphics. Prior to opening the new location, Payne worked as the digital channel development manager for Nazdar Inks & Coatings.
