The step-by-step instruction videos play in any browser and can be viewed at www.creativebanner.com/video. Non-branded product videos are also available for dealers to display to their customers at www.creativedisplaysite.com.
The videos aim to present the easiest way to assemble products, and each video contains product information for quick reference. Most begin with a 360-degree product view and a parts list so the customer can be prepared for assembly.
In addition to the product videos, instructional flyers are still included with all products. The flyers include a QR code that allows for direct access to the product videos on the non-branded site.
Creative Banner Assemblies plans to add more videos to their Web site in the future.
