SpeedPro Imaging Relocates Headquarters to Denver, Re-Energizes National Expansion Efforts

SpeedPro Imaging, the nation’s leader in large-format imagery, has relocated its corporate headquarters from Phoenix to Denver.

Located at 7000 S. Yosemite Street in Centennial, the new headquarters includes a state-of-the-art training and support facility designed to augment the company’s nationwide franchise operations.

“It was a smart business decision, as it allows our team to serve our studios and franchise partners more efficiently and effectively,” said SpeedPro President and CEO Boris Katsnelson. “This allows us to focus corporate resources on building and enhancing our business now and well into the future, and provides us the flexibility and capacity to continue to grow our network across North America.”

The new space houses a training and technical support center, the latest printing and production equipment available throughout the SpeedPro network. The center offers training to new and existing franchisees across the country, and introduces them to cutting-edge technology that they will use in the field to provide the highest printing quality for customers.

“This operation further reinforces our commitment to our franchisees and will deliver unparalleled levels of support to our partners in the field for real-time problem solving. It will also equip staff members with a level of printing expertise and comfort on the most innovative printing equipment,” Katsnelson said.

The move comes a little more than a year after Katsnelson acquired the company from the original owner, and brought both his background in finance and in helping companies optimize their businesses to help develop a strategic direction for the company and its network of studio owners.

Specializing in wide-format printing – from trade show and event graphics to vehicle graphics and wall murals, and beyond – SpeedPro currently has 117 studios located in thirty states, nearly a third of which have opened in the last three years alone.

Company plans call for opening 20-25 new studios annually and having more than 200 operating units by 2020.

“SpeedPro is operating in a rapidly expanding industry and is well positioned to continue to grow revenues and profitability of its existing franchises, while simultaneously growing the reach of the SpeedPro family by bringing on additional studios,” Katsneslon said.

According to Katsnelson, SpeedPro is specifically looking for franchise owners who don’t have a traditional printing background. “We don’t really want them to have sign and graphics experience,” he said. “We want executive level people focused on quality and customer service and who really understand that. We educate them on the print side of the business.”
