SloanLED, leaders in LED technology, and a portfolio company of Baird Capital, today announces the appointment of Ervin L. Cash as President, Chief Executive Officer, and member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Cash brings twenty-seven-plus years of strategic, international business growth acumen to the role having previously served as CEO for AERCO International, Inc. and Bosch Thermotechnology NA Corp.

Cash has extensive experience in energy‑efficient technologies, managing operational complexity in both national and international corporate environments, with expertise in applying appropriate growth models, developing new go‑to‑market channels, and reducing complexities to achieve results.

Mr. Cash holds an MBA from Xavier University, a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kansas, a BA in Communications & Human Resources from MidAmerica Nazarene University, and post‑graduate studies at Harvard Business School’s executive education program. He currently serves on The Alliance to Save Energy Board of Directors.
