Municipal Monument Sign Design Contest Entry Form & Official Rules
The nation's number-one wholesale monument sign manufacturer, Peachtree City Foamcraft, has announced the start of its Municipal Mounument Sign Design Contest. The contest will judge completed monument signs for: municipalities, state or federal agencies, schools, universities, city entrance signs, public libraries, park & recreational facilities, and local government entitites.
All entries must be submitted with a completed entry form (see below). You may submit as many entries as you would like. Entries must be actual photos or digital photos of a Peachtree City Foamcraft monument sign saved in .JPEG format.
All entries will be judged based upon photo quality, overall design, and creativity. Three prizes will be awarded--First Place ($500 cash); Second Place ($250 cash); and Third Place ($100 cash). More details (as well as entry form) below.
ELIGIBILITY
Photographs of complete, installed monument signs manufactured by Peachtree City Foamcraft and designed specifically for the institutional, municipal, or public entity clients between January 1, 1991 and March 1, 2010, are eligible. A municipal or public entity client includes municipalities, state or federal agencies, school, colleges, universities, city entrance signs, airport signs, public libraries, park & recreation facilities and local government entities including fire and/or police.
ENTRY RULES/REQUIREMENTS
1. You may enter as many photographic submissions as you would like.
2. Each photograph submission must be accompanied by a completed entry form slip.
3. Entries must be actual photos or digital photos saved in .jpeg format at 300 dpi or greater.
4. Digital photo entries can be emailed to katief@ptd.net or foamcraft@verizon.net.
5. If mailing an actual photo entry, please send your photo submission and entry form to:

6. All entries must be received by March 1, 2010. Winners will be announced on March 8, 2010. Entries will be judged based upon photo quality, overall design and creativity. Photo entries will not be returned.
7. Three Prizes will be awarded: $500.00 cash for first place, $250.00 cash for second place, and $100.00 cash for third place.
8. There is NO entry fee for submitting your photos to this contest.
