AgiLight Inc. Names New President and CFO
Ron Wallace
San Angelo, Texas—AgiLight Inc., an innovative developer of high-quality, low-energy lighting technologies and products for commercial signage and architectural applications, has announced that Ron Wallace has been named president and Cecelia Lobdill has been named chief financial officer. AgiLight is a wholly-owned subsidiary of General LED, a holding company engaged in broad application of light-emitting-diode (LED) technologies from microelectronics to high power lighting.

Now president of AgiLight, Ron Wallace was formerly AgiLight’s general manager. He joined AgiLight in 2007, managing the company’s worldwide sales activities and marketing efforts and overseeing the operations team. Prior to joining AgiLight, he was vice president of sales and marketing for SloanLED of Ventura, Calif., where he built the company’s domestic and international distributor network and was involved in the successful launches of many new products. With more than twenty-two years of sales and marketing management experience, Mr. Wallace has led national and international sales teams and has pioneered industry-first sales programs, branding initiatives, training events, and product promotions.
Cecelia Lobdill has been named CFO of AgiLight and also serves as the Corporate Controller for General LED, AgiLight’s parent company. She has held similar positions at a number of high tech start up companies over the last twenty years, including XTree Company, Wynd Communications, and Ground Control. A CPA, she started her career in accounting with Coopers & Lybrand.
