The specialty imaging industry's leading graphics producers will convene February 20-23 at the 2011 SGIA SPIRE meeting to discuss new realities in the imaging world.
"This year's program is constructed around issues that are directly impacting the imaging community—change management and the retail sector," said Michael Robertson, SGIA's President and CEO. "Attendees have the unique opportunity to learn from each other, as well as gain knowledge from focused presentations and discussions."
SPIRE is continually expanding beyond screen printing to better represent changes in the specialty imaging community, and more participants than ever before are planning to come together at this year's event to discuss the growing industry.
The 2011 SPIRE meeting features an in-depth C-level program about leading change management and focusing company efforts to build business opportunities, where major industry players can keep up with the evolving marketplace.
Scott Frankil of Life Cycle, an expert speaker and educator on Prosci methodology, will present "Prosci's Executive Sponsor Workshop." Attendees of the workshop will hear about the critical connection between change management and business results and learn to fully understand the role of effective executive sponsorship.
Attendees also will hear from Carol Spieckerman, president of newmarketbuilders, along with expert members of the retail community about how to take advantage of the rapidly growing retail industry, and how to boost their company's relevance in the process.
SGIA recognizes the following sponsors for contributing to the meeting's educational sessions and events: AGFA Graphics, DuPont, Durst Image Technology, FLEXcon, FUJIFILM Sericol and Hewlett Packard.
