Offered in a sleek white-painted architectural finish, the damp- and wet-listed Retrofit LED modules with integral trim are designed with an E26 medium screw base to replace incandescent lamps in most new construction and remodel recessed downlights. A GU24 adapter is also available for CFL downlight housings currently utilizing a GU24 lamp.
MaxLite’s line of recessed retrofits also features a universal 120-277 voltage power supply allowing customers to use the same product for most residential and commercial applications. The retrofits are fully dimmable with many popular controls when used on a 120-volt circuit.
The MaxLED RR40930W is classified for use with most 4-inch recessed downlights. It can be used to replace a 50-watt equivalent halogen light source and features pressure clips that easily secure the luminaire retrofit to the existing housing. The RR61430W is ENERGY STAR®-rated at 3000K, and is also available in a 5000K color temperature. The retrofit utilizes torsion springs designed to easily retrofit into most five- and six-inch housings and can be used to replace a 75-watt equivalent halogen light source. The fixtures are constructed with high efficacy LEDs and an optical diffuser that produces high lumen transmission and even, consistent illumination. A durable die-cast aluminum heat sink is integrated into the trim as one-piece with an LED module that includes the LEDs, an impact-resistant plastic lens and a baffle trim.
