MaxLite Introduces Dimmable LED Downlight Retrofits

MaxLite® introduces new, energy efficient LED Downlight Retrofit Kits in its popular MaxLED® line, for indoor and outdoor lighting applications. The leading global manufacturer and marketer of award-winning, innovative LED luminaires and lamps offers LED Downlight Retrofits as replacements for less efficient incandescent and compact fluorescent (CFL) light sources commonly used in the recessed downlighting marketplace.

MaxLED’s recessed retrofit luminaires are loaded with features to deliver no hassle installation, reliable performance, high efficiency and unparalleled value for all users.

Offered in a sleek white-painted architectural finish, the damp- and wet-listed Retrofit LED modules with integral trim are designed with an E26 medium screw base to replace incandescent lamps in most new construction and remodel recessed downlights. A GU24 adapter is also available for CFL downlight housings currently utilizing a GU24 lamp.

MaxLite’s line of recessed retrofits also features a universal 120-277 voltage power supply allowing customers to use the same product for most residential and commercial applications. The retrofits are fully dimmable with many popular controls when used on a 120-volt circuit.

The MaxLED RR40930W is classified for use with most 4-inch recessed downlights. It can be used to replace a 50-watt equivalent halogen light source and features pressure clips that easily secure the luminaire retrofit to the existing housing. View the data sheet:

The RR61430W is ENERGY STAR®-rated at 3000K, and is also available in a 5000K color temperature.
