Greenbuild is the world’s largest conference and expo dedicated to green building.

Designed to replace less efficient technologies with high-quality, environmentally preferable illumination, the LED retrofit portfolio from OSRAM SYLVANIA contains solutions that are ideal for both indoor and outdoor use across a range of commercial and residential applications.

Utilizing state-of-the-art technology, LED retrofit solutions from OSRAM SYLVANIA offer alternatives to shorter life fluorescent, high intensity discharge, halogen, and incandescent lamps. Retrofitting lighting fixtures minimizes waste by re-using the existing fixture housing and reducing the number of lamps required to recycle over time. These retrofit solutions provide comparable or improved light quality for a range of lighting applications including recessed troffers and downlights for indoor general lighting, and retrofits for post top, wall pack, canopy, and shoebox luminaires for outdoor lighting. Continuous dimming capabilities help facilitate compliance with applicable energy codes and offer the potential for even greater energy savings. These environmentally preferable technologies are also mercury and lead-free.

LED 2×2 Retrofit Kit

The OSRAM LED 2×2 Retrofit Kit simply and quickly turns existing fluorescent recessed lensed and parabolic troffers into energy-efficient, long life LED luminaires. Perfect to replace 2 or 3 lamp 2’x2′ long twin tube fluorescent fixtures, the kit provides a premium aesthetic with up to 40 percent energy savings. Designed to provide wide light distribution for an improved visual environment, the LED 2×2 Retrofit Kit is UL1598 classified, installs quickly and easily from below the ceiling plenum, has an 50,000 (L70) life rating and includes a 0-10V dimmable power supply that allows for a continuous dimming range from 100 to 10 percent.

ULTRA RT6 Gimbal LED Downlight Retrofit Kit

Winner of an American Lighting Association’s Lighting for Tomorrow award, the 14-watt SYLVANIA ULTRA RT6 Gimbal kit emits 900 lumens, comparable to the output of 100-watt incandescent BR40 lamps, dims continuously down to 20 percent and is available in both 2700K and 3000K color temperatures. The adjustable gimbal feature permits smooth adjustability from nadir to a 35 degree tilt, making it suitable for slanted ceilings and wall washing. The LED light engine provides high quality white light with an excellent color rendering (82+ CRI) and superior optical design, offering an excellent alternative for recessed downlights while reducing energy consumption by up to 86 percent. The long life of the ULTRA RT6 LED kit, up to 25 times longer than incandescent lamps, will save countless trips up the ladder to replace traditional light bulbs. OSRAM SYLVANIA will also showcase the ULTRA RT6 High Output Package, high efficiency, commercial grade retrofits for use in 120 and 277V, 6″ recessed housings applications that offers up to 81 lumens per watt and is an ideal replacement for 75W, 90W and 120W halogen PAR38 lamps.

Reliasys™ D15 Outdoor LED Retrofit Kit

Extremely efficient emitting 100 lumens per watt, the OSRAM D15 145W LED retrofit replaces up to a 400W metal halide system in existing canopy, parking garage, wall pack and shoebox luminaires, providing up to 70 percent energy savings. Reductions in maintenance and lamp replacement costs are possible due to it’s long 50,000 hours life (L70) as well as improved safety and security due to less frequent lamp outages. The system is 0-10V dimmable down to 10 percent, enabling lower light levels during off peak hours for additional energy savings. It is also compatible with the SYLVANIA Powershed relay, allowing the system to receive a signal from a utility at peak demand periods, or from other remote monitoring systems to lower light level to shed power and save energy.
