SloanLED had introduced the BendLUX lighting solution, a very thin, flexible solution for illuminating routed acrylic block letters, halo, and shallow face-lit applications. Unique to BendLUX is its flexibility to fit the tightest contours of the narrowest or shallowest letters. The snap and stretch feature allows for an extra wire every 1.7 inches for easy flat bends and connections.
“Routed acrylic block letters are an upcoming trend in the sign industry. BendLUX was engineered with a slim flexible design, making it a perfect solution for illuminating these types of letters and other ultra shallow letters,” said Steve Shotwell, general manager of SloanLED.
BendLUX products use SloanLED’s Constant Current Technology, which eliminates current changes from forward voltage variation and prevents damage from over-driving LEDs. In addition, BendLUX is easy to install, featuring peel-n-stick tape and off the shelf electrical connectors with no soldering required. It is UL and cUL recognized, CE and CSA certified, and RoHS and WEEE compliant.
