Contra Vision Combines Advertising and Security Projects at Atlanta Airport

Contra Vision, North America, Inc.. has been involved in supplying innovative see-through graphics, which are used at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, the world’s busiest airport by passenger traffic since 1998 and number of flights since 2012.

Contra Vision North America, Inc. have been working with space advertiser Clear Channel Airports and their print partner in Atlanta to create images which would meet the demands of both advertisers and the TSA (Transport Security Agency) in providing images to line the corridor of the main central hub between terminals and allowing for the degree of see-through visibility which meets security requirements.

Using Contra Vision® Performance™ 20% offered the benefit of creating strong images which are highly visible from up to 10 metres distance, with clarity that enables small logos to be seen and the police have the see-through vision required too.  This material is also used on the train cars moving passengers between terminals and throughout the airport, currently an advertising campaign is posted for Samsonite luggage which might seem the perfect fit!  With the use of Contra Vision Performance 20% the Samsonite logo on the luggage in the ads is recognizable which with higher transparency perforated films it would not have been.
