New Appointments: February II

Avery Dennison appointed Josephine Shi as customer service manager for its Graphics and Reflective Products division in Europe. She will develop and coordinate the internal sales service platform for the division’s extensive distribution network and direct customer base for Avery Graphics® and sheet-fed Fasson® products.

Chief Digital has appointed Daniel Donnelly to Director of Operations at their NW Georgia facilities. Donnelly will work closely with designers, marketers, and specifiers to develop expanded product lines and services to local and national accounts, as well as oversee the growth and development of the Digital Print division.

FDC Graphic Films, Inc. is now the exclusive supplier for ASLAN brand specialty sign and digital films in North America. FDC will initially offer ASLAN films targeting the sign, craft, and home décor markets, and it plans to make future announcements about specific products the company will add to its standard product offering.

General LED appoints Michelle Huang as chief technology officer. She will lead the company’s product development and R&D efforts. Huang has previously worked for OSRAM SYLVANIA, OSRAM Opto-Semiconductors Inc., SIEMENS, and the Beijing Building Design Institute.

GMG has signed an agreement with HP to jointly promote and market the GMG color management solutions in combination with HP Scitex wide format printers. The GMG solution for HP Scitex printers is expected to be available in mid-March.

Graphics One, LLC announces a new collaborative effort with Kala Finishing Systems of Nouvoitou, France that will bring all the Kala product line distribution to North and South American markets. Kala has a complete range of cold and hot laminators.

MACtac® Specialty Products appointed Travis Francy as sales representative for the Northeastern and Southeastern US territories, as well as parts of the Midwest. Francy is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing specialty products’ customers, account management, offering product recommendations, and quoting. He will focus on MACtac’s pressure-sensitive adhesive solutions for specialty applications in the medical, foam and gasket fabrication, manufacturing and construction industries. He brings more than ten years of sales experience to his new position.

MK Products announces Precision Welding Supply as its East Coast factory-authorized warranty repair station for the complete MK Products Orbital welding supply line. This creates an opportunity for MK Products users on the East Coast to have local access for their orbital equipment repair service needs.

RBP Chemical Technology has named Ernest Litynski as vice president of operations of its manufacturing facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Litynski previously held a similar position with Master Lock Company.

Relume Technologies has hired Martin Woolard as vice president of sales- East. Woolard will help to select, deploy, and manage a national team of sales representatives. He previously worked at Hubbell Lighting, Inc. as well as Nexxus Lighting, Inc., Holophane, and Acuity Brands Lighting.
