Global Imaging Features High-production Printers & Finishing Products at ISA

Global Imaging will feature several printers, sewing and framing systems for high-quality, high-production printing and finishing at ISA International Sign Expo 2015 in Las Vegas, April 9-11.

PrinterEvolution’s Eos126 DS is a highly productive direct to fabric printer built for the heavy-duty fabric producer. It boasts built-in efficiencies like an optional inline cutting system and an automatic turn-off control which will finish the curing and shut off the calender automatically when the printer is unattended. The Eos also offers a high capacity bulk ink system for continuous printing and high ink yields. It is available in two widths (126-inch and 100-inch) and two configurations (8 printheads or 12 printheads).

Novus products include the Synergia H/UV and the Novus Pictora.

The Synergia H is a combination flatbed and roll-to-roll printer with a RW warp engine offering production speeds of up to 3000 sq. ft /hour. It has a patent-pending belt design that combines enhanced material handling, increased vacuum and improved step accuracy.

The Pictora is a pioneering high-speed digital printer that prints directly to rigid materials. It enables you to print directly to a wide range of precut, ready to ship rigid substrates, including wood and other laminates, and uses the RW warp engine for exceptional speed. The Pictora has a true stack in stack out workflow and automated or manual loading. With advanced grey scale digital print technology, the Pictora provides high quality images especially geared toward small to medium sized short runs in the reproduction market. Applications include yard signs, gallery wraps, point of purchase, photo reproduction, packaging, posters, home décor, and more.

Impulsa Sewing systems include the Synchromatic ECO NA and the Multiflex 2300+, both high production fabric sewing systems.

The Synchromatic ECO NA can finish digitally printed textiles for the production of SEG backdrops, flags, banners, backlit fabric lightboxes, table skirts and more.

The Multiflex 2300+ allows you to synchronize multiple sewing heads with a single conveyor. Switch effortlessly between a single needle head, double needle head, serger, or any other setup you need.

Both systems have multiple options and are available in configurations for almost any application.

REXframe customizable and reusable, aluminum framing system for SEG fabric graphics will also be featured.

From pre-press to finishing, see it all at Global Imaging’s booth #4769.
