Through the cooperation of NEC’s partners, CRN was able to get first-hand insight into the experience resellers have with their 19-inch to 30-inch displays. Categories covering the level of satisfaction resellers had for partners included everything from support and technical satisfaction to financial and education satisfaction. The winners of each category were often separated by mere percentage points.

To determine the winners, CRN’s research team surveyed solution providers across 18 product and service categories. Respondents evaluated the importance and their satisfaction with vendor partners on 18 criteria within three major areas: product innovation, support and partnership.
