NEC Display Solutions Recognized in CRN's 2013 Annual Report Card Awards

NEC Display Solutions of America, a leading provider of commercial LCD display and projector solutions, today announced its subcategory win for 19-inch to 30-inch Flat Panel Displays in the 2013 CRN Annual Report Card (ARC). This prestigious study is considered the definitive benchmark for measuring excellence in the IT Channel community and recognizes the top-rated vendor partners in the industry. Winners were announced August 21 at this year’s ARC Awards event in Washington D.C.

Through the cooperation of NEC’s partners, CRN was able to get first-hand insight into the experience resellers have with their 19-inch to 30-inch displays. Categories covering the level of satisfaction resellers had for partners included everything from support and technical satisfaction to financial and education satisfaction. The winners of each category were often separated by mere percentage points.

“We’re honored to receive this recognition,” said Ashley Flaska, Vice President of Marketing at NEC. “We value all of our relationships with all of our reselling partners and to receive this sort of affirmation for our work with them is exceptional. We always strive to improve our vendor partners’ experience each year.”

To determine the winners, CRN’s research team surveyed solution providers across 18 product and service categories. Respondents evaluated the importance and their satisfaction with vendor partners on 18 criteria within three major areas: product innovation, support and partnership.

“Solution providers today need products and solutions that are specifically targeted at solving customer problems. Beyond demonstrating quality and innovation, they want to work with vendors who also excel at partner relationships and sales support,” said Robert Faletra, CEO, UBM Tech Channel. “For decades, CRN’s ARC has been recognizing the vendors who are the complete package, and we congratulate NEC Display Solutions for being named to the 2013 list.”
