Online Bidding Platform Fliphound Adds Three Marad Digital Billboards in Baton Rouge to its Portfolio of Outdoor Displays

Fliphound, the first online bidding platform for outdoor digital billboards, announced it will be the first online purveyor of outdoor digital billboards in the state of Louisiana.

Fliphound has partnered with Marad Digital to bring its leading brand of dynamic outdoor advertising with a simple online interface to three new displays in Baton Rouge. Advertisers now will be able to leverage Fliphound’s real-time online bidding platform to run flexible ads on digital billboards in the capitol city.
 
Baton Rouge has a metro area of over 800,000 inhabitants and boasts a designated market area of over 1 million, according to Nielsen. With more than 375 advertisers already using the service across the nation, Fliphound brings Marad and other digital billboard providers the ability to jumpstart their business and immediately tap into online digital buyers.
 
The three billboards are located in high-traffic areas, including a double-sided display on Airline Highway, adjacent to the bustling “car dealership row,” ensuring visibility and reach. Marad’s digital billboards are placed on architectural landmarks in the form of unique monuments and are 65% less bright than other digital billboards creating fewer distractions for nighttime drivers.  Major retailers, including a new Wal-Mart as well as L’Auberge Casino & Hotel, surround the Bluebonnet Boulevard site. These strategic placements in some of the city’s busiest quarters will further expand Fliphound’ and Marad’s reach to potential advertisers.
