AgiLight’s BoxRayz 600 LED modules provide an industry-leading light output of 600 lumens per module, replacing linear fluorescent lamps in deep cabinet signs at large sizes. It features new generation of VersaLenz® optics that creates a four-way batwing beam pattern to further increase the light coverage to up to 2.66 square feet per module at 8 inches sign depth. This greater light coverage and the high light output of BoxRayz 600 reduces the initial cost to end users of replacing linear fluorescent lamps in large cabinet signs, and it generates significant energy and maintenance cost savings over the lifetime of the system.
In achieving the best light quality for cabinet signs, BoxRayz 600 LED modules feature AgiLight’s ONEwhite® technology, providing a global color consistency in both Daylight White and 4100K color temperatures. Designed to the highest standard of long term reliability, BoxRayz 600 LED modules feature the Capzul ® UV-resistant, waterproof encapsulation with IP68 rating, and 50,000-hour rated L70 lifetime from -40C to +60C ambient temperature range.
Installation in signs is simplified with BoxRayz’s industry first “Plug-and-Play” interconnection system. The waterproof IP67 rated quick connector system eliminates wire cutting thereby reducing labor costs for sign makers and end-users. The BoxRayz LED modules, power supply and jumper wires have matching connectors for easy connections. One-way connectors guarantee safe and correct electrical wiring every time. The BoxRayz mounting system uses off-the-shelf hardware for quick and easy installation into the cabinet signs, delivering lower material and labor costs and mounting flexibilities in both new and retrofit projects.
“This year’s ISA Sign Expo theme is “Great Ideas” and AgiLight is known for bringing technically advanced, easy-to-use LED lighting ideas to the signage market. Our new BoxRayz 600 LED System is an ideal solution for large cabinet signs and cloud signs—delivering the best performance in brightness and color. And, our industry leading “Plug-and-Play” feature saves time, money and maintenance,” said Travis Popp, Vice President of Sales.
