This new name reflects the products and services Advantage offers now, and moving forward. While the sign industry remains the core of their customer base, Advantage expects to increasingly serve the graphics industry, including commercial printing, and graphic arts.
“We are very excited about our new name as it now connects us with both past and future customers,” said Russ Rymal, vice president of Sales and Marketing. “We will continue to provide great products, services and value to our Sign related customers while providing expanded solutions to future customers related to the broader graphics industry.”
In addition to addressing the markets Advantage serves, the new name reflects their value proposition of customer service and a consultant-based approach to serving their customers. Advantage focuses on providing solutions, not just offering supplies.
“As digital printing continues to influence an increasingly diverse set of customers and industries, we felt that it was time our name should evolve to be more relevant to those customers. While the local neighborhood sign shop will remain central to our business, new emerging customers are increasingly demanding our expertise and knowledge in wide-format digital printing hardware, technical services, and media,” said Steve Kloosterman, president of Advantage Sign & Graphic Solutions.
