Orbus Exhibit & Display Group™, one of North America’s leading trade suppliers of display, exhibit and event solutions is honored to announce the company’s partnership with Graphic Creations Inc, a Knoxville, Tennessee-based producer of promotional displays and products, through the donation of thirty banner stands, used to produce individualized banners for Medal of Honor recipients. The retractable banner stands were displayed during the Medal of Honor 151st Anniversary Convention, held in Knoxville September 10-13, 2014.
Graphic Creations approached Orbus with the opportunity to partner in this project, designed specifically for 80 living recipients of the Medal of Honor. During the 151st anniversary convention, the men, who served from WWII through the War on Terror met in Knoxville to remember, celebrate and be honored. The personalized banner stands commemorate each Medal of Honor recipient, and after the
convention, are theirs to take with as they travel the country giving speeches and presentations.
Throughout the process, from start to finish, Graphic Creations documented their participation in this unique opportunity. A video production company was present to film the full process, from design, print, assembly and delivery to the set-up for the event. Employees of the company and owner Jim Caughorn have expressed their excitement and honor to have been able to participate in such an opportunity. Orbus is privileged to have been asked to be Graphic Creations’ partner in this, and is glad to be able to support the cause.
