METROWRAPZ Named Regional Winner in “Wrap Like a King” Challenge

Avery Dennison Graphics Solutions announced that “Chrome “Rust Bucket” Caddy” by METROWRAPZ, of Hollywood, Florida, was named the NORTH AMERICA SOUTH Regional Wrap King in the “Wrap Like a King” Challenge featuring Printed conform chrome silver with Matte Black and Gloss Black accents.

“We’re thrilled to be chosen as the REGIONAL winner! We knew we had to showcase our skills with this wrap, since the competition was so stiff,” said Bruno Dede. “We used a combination of Avery Dennison® films to create this incredible wrap.”

“We knew when we invited Europe to participate in this year’s Challenge, that we would see global trends in vehicle customization, but we have been blown away by the high level of talent and creativity that was submitted,” said Roxanne McSpadden, North America marketing director at Avery Dennison Graphics Solutions. “METROWRAPZ design and installation was skillful and unique.

A panel of wrap industry judges chose the West, Central, Midwest, East, South, Canada and Europe Regional Wrap Kings. The 2015 Challenge judges included Ryan Friedlinghaus, Eric Ide, Markus-Marcel Knoch, Myles Kovacs, Justin Pate, Adrian Rope, and Molly Waters.

The seven professional judges evaluated the 173 total submissions based on criteria of visual transformation (difference between the before and after pictures submitted), quality and skill level of installation, overall public look and appeal and uniqueness of the design.
