The sign or material to be laminated is positioned on the worktable, and the roller keeps the material being applied and the sign substrate in place. Using a minimum of manual power, the roller handles the application. The ROLLSROLLER provides complete control over positioning and results that are free of bubbles and creases.
The ROLLSROLLER features a chassis and beam made completely of steel so as not to deform over time, even if the underlying surface is uneven. Automatic roller-height adjustment is standard, and the worktable has a self-healing mat.
Invented by sign makers and reflecting more than 15 years of continuing development, the unit was devised to meet the need for a more efficient work environment and address customers’ real-life production issues. It can be used to apply various media in myriad applications such as digital prints, signs, road signs, and flexible industrial manufacturing and lamination, including on glass.
The ROLLSROLLER is offered standard in basic and premium versions in a wide range of models and sizes, and can be customized. Media holders, lighting, cutting devices, and a Contact Cleaning System are available.
