Hingst's Sign Post: Tips for Cutting Flock Material

Sign Builder Illustrated contributor Jim Hingst provides some helpful tips on how to cut VelCut™ or any other brand of flock. To view the tips, check out the latest Hingst’s Sign Post blog.
