myCSA: Online Account Management Made Simple by Canon Solutions America

Canon Solutions America, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Canon U.S.A., Inc., announced the official launch of its new online account management portal called myCSA Secure Account Management. The new portal is a user-friendly, comprehensive dashboard that allows a customer to efficiently handle day to day functions related to their account, as well as access to relevant Canon Solutions America updates and information. The interface design allows for easier navigation enabling users to quickly access the wide range of tools and information the portal provides.

myCSA Secure Account Management will simplify the way customers manage their devices by providing easier ways to enter meter reads, place service calls, order supplies, and much more via any tablet, laptop or desktop. Its structure is intended to promote a more satisfying and engaging account management experience with enhanced interaction between customers and Canon Solutions America.

“We listened to our customers’ needs and delivered a tool with enhanced functionality that puts everything customers need right at their fingertips,” said Sam El Bouhali, vice president, Business Process Reengineering. “Within myCSA, usage information provides customers a real-time dashboard view of average monthly black and white copies, color copies and uptime for their Canon Solutions America managed machines. This self-service portal also allows customers to view actual configuration of their devices, open and closed invoices, supply orders, and service requests.”

myCSA replaces eManage 3.0 as Canon Solutions America’s online account management portal. Customers that were previously using eManage will find that myCSA has everything that eManage had to offer, but with significant navigation improvements. Adding to the 24 hours, seven days a week access offered by eManage, customers now have less access restrictions due to the new tablet friendly design.
