USSC Announces 2007 Sign Design Competition Winners
Bristol, Pennsylvania—The United States Sign Council (USSC)—the largest professional association of commercial sign designers and sign fabricators in the United States—each year conducts a membership-wide competition of sign design intended to showcase the outstanding design work of its members.
The competition, which traditionally attracts over 200 design submissions in varied categories of sign usage, is judged by an independent panel of sign industry experts, who weigh each individual submission in terms of its overall appearance, effectiveness as a communication medium, and originality of graphic presentation.
The USSC recently announced the winners of this annual competition. Award plaques will be presented to the category winners as the annual USSC Educational Conference and Tradeshow—Sign World USA—which will be held in Atlantic City, New Jersey, November 29-December 1, 2007.
In addition, the award-winning designs are prominently featured in the annual USSC 2008 Design Calendar.
