FDC Graphic Films, Inc., recognized six valuable employees as a “Core Values Ambassador” in the third quarter of 2021 for exemplifying one or more of the company’s five core values.

FDC’s Core Values are believed to be the five most important values in the way the company employees live and work: integrity, kindness, resiliency, engagement, and drive for success.

“Our team, our customers, and the world have faced difficult challenges this past year. These team members demonstrate their commitment to the Core Values through their actions, which makes me very proud,” said Judy Eck, CEO of FDC. “Thank you to all of the nominees. It is a pleasure to be surrounded by a team that is passionate about the FDC’s goals and exhibits compassion toward one another every day.”

A production team was recognized for its drive for success. Team members include Shannon Althouse, production associate; Bryce Hochstetler, production team lead; Dylan Kroger, production team lead; and Jose Rosales, production associate.

In July 2021, FDC became the Exclusive Master Distributor providing 3M™ DI-NOC™ Architectural Finishes to 3M Authorized Distributors in the U.S. The team led the mission of preparing thousands of rolls in the product line in a short amount of time before launch.

They were dedicated to working early and staying late to meet the deadline. This is Althouse’s second award, the first in 2020 for his engagement and drive for success.

Fernando Cocoletzi-Gomez, production associate, was recognized for his engagement. His attention to detail and cooperative spirit led to a few corrections on some customer order details before the shipments were sent out. This is Cocoletzi-Gomez’ second award, the first in 2020 for his drive for success.

In the company’s third double nomination, Beth Flores, customer care agent and training specialist, was recognized for her kindness and drive for success. She provided helpful training tips with the customer care team, volunteered to help cover responsibilities when other team members were out, and kept the workflow steady with a positive attitude by doing more than what’s usually necessary.

Each employee received an FDC Core Values Ambassador Award certificate from the FDC Work-Life Team signed by Eck.
