Sign-Zone, LLC, the parent company of Showdown Displays and Jansen Display Group, has announced that it has acquired Promic B.V. Display Systems, a designer and distributor of custom promotional displays. Headquartered in Nederweert, Netherlands, Promic provides mobile presentation systems and supporting hardware for products such as retractable banners, beach flags, floor displays, and banner stands.
This acquisition enhances the Sign-Zone global footprint and underscores its commitment to wholesale and reseller trade partners while offering unmatched capabilities on a global basis.

Promic B.V. Display Systems will continue to function as its own operating entity, led by Jim Oud, Promic’s current Chief Executive Officer. As part of Sign-Zone, Promic will broaden its product offering while introducing print services for added value and convenience to its wholesale customers.
The transaction closed on April 30, 2019. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Sign-Zone offers a comprehensive portfolio of wide format, portable promotional signage and displays under the Showdown Displays, Victory Corps and Jansen brand names. Its main products include table covers, retractable banners, event tents, sail signs, and floor displays.
