The latest innovation offered by Drytac’s product development team is Polar™, an 80 micron (3.2 mil) premium polymeric self-adhesive print vinyl with a high-quality, gray cross-linking acrylic adhesive. Available in a matte and gloss finish with both permanent and removable adhesive versions, Polar maximizes adhesive performance on a wide variety of substrates.
Thanks to its high opacity, this versatile self-adhesive vinyl provides a consistent printing surface and excellent white point. It is compatible with most (eco) solvent, UV and latex wide-format inkjet printers.
Polar is also highly durable in both indoor and outdoor settings. The permanent adhesive version, which is recommended for more than three years of use, is ideal for outdoor applications such as general purpose signage and construction barricades. The removable adhesive version is best suited for advertising graphics and point-of-purchase displays.
For maximum durability, Drytac recommends using an overlaminate with Polar, such as the Interlam™ Pro line of laminating films or, for specialty applications, Interlam™ Pro Anti-Graffiti.
Polar is available in 54 and 60-inch wide rolls and is available for immediate shipment.
