Esigns_LogoeSigns.com, owned by Houston-based entrepreneur Robert Marsh (EV1.net – Everyone’s Internet), has acquired I-45 Signs, Inc., also of Houston. This purchase gives Marsh a brick and mortar storefront component to complement his recent purchase of eSigns.com.

Following the sale, I-45 Signs, Inc. owner Keith Rowe will join eSigns.com as Sr. Director/Houston Operations. I-45 Signs, Inc., which has been in business for fourteen years and generates approximately $1 million in annual sales, has five employees, all of whom will be retained.

“I can’t tell you how pleased I am to be working with Robert Marsh,” says Rowe. “I’ve seen what he can do and I’m excited about his vision for growth and expansion.”

The business relationship between Rowe and Marsh dates back twelve years, to the time when Rowe’s company began providing all of the signage for Marsh’s groundbreaking firm EV1- Everyone’s Internet.

“I brought the eSigns.com opportunity to [Marsh],” Rowe says, “knowing that he was interested in getting back into an internet-based business. During the due diligence process, [Marsh] said that he wanted to bring me on board, and it was an easy decision to join his team.”

Robert Marsh shares Rowe’s enthusiasm for the enterprise and the business category, and admires the sign veteran’s track record: “I’ve known [Rowe] for over a decade, and during that time he has shown himself to be an accomplished entrepreneur, a proven operator, and a person of incredible integrity. His real world skills and expertise add an important component to the core competencies of our management team.”

Following the sale, I-45 Signs will be relocated to a new 2,500-square foot retail showroom and design center within a few miles of eSigns.com’s new national headquarters. This facility will give the company an opportunity to showcase its evolving product lines.

Later this summer, eSigns.com will move into its new corporate headquarters, in the process creating over 100 new local jobs. This expansive 62,000 square foot facility, which will be located near I-45 and the North Belt, will house the corporate offices, warehousing for their new wholesale division, and a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.

Marsh predicts that eSigns.com sales will increase over 400 percent within a year. “We will grow this business just like we did with EV1—we are great operators and incredible marketers,” declares Marsh. “We have an absolute commitment and dedication to our customers.

“Next to moving the moon and exchanging its place with Mars, we will do anything to make our customers happy—their success is our success.”
