New Appointments: February 2013

Arlon has promoted Lisandra Torres to logistics coordinator. She is responsible for the logistics of Arlon’s products, customer delivery, freight vendor and outside warehouse management. Torres previously worked as Arlon’s customer service representative focused on Asia and Australia.

Drytac promoted four staff members to a newly restructured business development and sales management team. Jerry Hill, former vice president of sales and marketing for North and South America, was named vice president of new market business development. He will develop new, non-traditional markets for the Drytac® line of products. Luigi Cristicini, former product application specialist, will now serve as business development manager for Drytac® Canada. Wayne Colbath and Todd Wooden, former regional sales managers for the U.S., have been appointed to southern U.S. national sales manager and northern U.S. national sales manager, respectively.

MaxLite has appointed Pat Treadway to vice president of Product Marketing and Engineering. He will be responsible for overall product strategic planning, brand positioning, product category expansion, supply chain development, and the development of new emerging technologies. He will also oversee Product Engineering and Application Engineering Support. Treadway previously served as MaxLite’s director of Product Marketing. MaxLite has also appointed Ken Charton to product marketing manager. He will be responsible for the design and launch of new CFL and LED lamps, CFL fixtures, and LED downlight and undercabinet lighting. Charton will also oversee UL listings and ENERGY STAR® certifications for Product Marketing.

ND Graphics Inc. and Seiko Instruments USA, Inc. agreed to work collaboratively to deliver professional solutions to the digital print and signage industries in Canada. The new partnership will enable ND to offer unique print solutions equipment to the Canadian marketplace that will combine speed, outstanding color, and the 3M MCS warranty into one comprehensive print solution.

SA International (SAi) has appointed Gavin Anthony to sales manager of its South Asia team. He will be responsible for driving SAi’s sales operations in South Asia, working closely with existing OEM partners, as well as implementing innovative marketing activities to develop new sales channels. Looking to replicate the rapid growth achieved by SAi Europe, Gavin will focus on introducing SAi products to manufacturers/distributors of wide/super-wide format digital printers), digital cutting plotters (roll-fed/flat-bed), digital textile printers, CNC routers, and digital cutting machines. Gavin brings over 14 years of experience in digital graphics, signage and large-format digital printing, and CAD/CAM for CNC machining to his new position.
