Exponation, LLC, the producer of Digital Signage Expo, has promoted Andrea Varrone to show director of Digital Signage Expo. Varrone will be responsible for the overall management and direction of DSE and will have a more active role in the industry. She joined Exponation as exhibit sales manager seven years ago. Exponation has also added Jason Kushner as digital media editor. Kushner has written for a wide array of publications and multimedia projects.

GMG has appointed Eric Dalton as director of Sales, Cloud Solutions, GMG Americas. Dalton will extend the use of products like GMG CoZone throughout the Americas, and he will also represent all GMG products in New York and Philadelphia metropolitan areas. He joins GMG from JUST Normlicht where, for the past thirteen years, he assumed increasingly senior roles.

ikeGPS announces an agreement with Franchise Services Inc. to provide advanced signage measurement technology to FSI’s brands of marketing, sign and print centers Sir Speedy, PIP, and Signal Graphics. Under this agreement, Sir Speedy, PIP and Signal Graphics locations can enhance their business processes with Spike, a laser accurate Smartphone measurement solution.

Onyx Graphics appoints Rigte Groenbroek to territory sales manager for Central and Eastern Europe, in the Onyx Graphics Europe-Middle East-Africa (EMEA) Region. Rigte will provide sales and business development services to the Onyx Graphics channel in Benelux, Germany, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary and Russia. He previously worked at Spandex Benelux, where he had direct experience consulting with clients on popular solvent and UV printer models from leading manufacturers including HP, Mimaki, Mutoh, and Summa.

Trinity Graphic has hired Jeff Brown. Brown will be responsible for sales in specialty markets with new product exploration, as well as expanding the current Trinity Graphic market throughout the Southeast United States. He brings over thirty-four years of experience in commercial printing sales to his new position. Trinity Graphic has also hired Norman Durham, who will lead Trinity Graphic’s new digital label printing products team and develop product and marketing strategy for their clients. Durham has more than thirty-one years experience in sales of printed labels and packaging supplies as a sales manager, vice president, and president. Finally Trinity Graphic has also appointed William Stansky as director of Sales and Marketing. Stansky has served Trinity over the last three years as Special Project Manager—focusing on project management, brand development and website design. Bill brings over thirty years experience within the graphic arts and printing industry and as worldwide print production management with Polaroid Corp.
