Cooley Group announces that President and Chief Executive Officer Dan Dwight has been named to the Board of Directors of Family Service of Rhode Island. One of the oldest and largest human service agencies in the state, it helps approximately 9,000 children and adults annually live independently, advocate for themselves, and better their own lives. Cooley also announces that Deb Bedrosian has been promoted to director of Human Resources and Social Responsbility. Bedrosian’s new role includes identifying opportunities where Cooley’s people can support the company’s local communities and broader social responsibility initiatives. She also ensures that Cooley’s vendors and strategic partners adhere to the same level of sustainability and corporate responsibility as Cooley. Bedrosian has been a Cooley human resource leader for seven years.

EGL Lighting announces the addition of Morgan Crook as technical sales manager. Crook will develop and coordinate sales, technical support, and marketing assistance to distributors and sign shops for EGL lighting products. Crook has more than 25 years of sign industry experience and has worked internationally in the industry.

Falconboard™ has signed an agreement with Torraspapel Distribución, which will represent the company’s products in Spain and Portugal. Falconboard partnered with Torraspapel because the company has a strong commitment to a sustainable future and can meet the demands of Falconboard’s customers.

Florida Graphic Supply (FGS) has hired Bill Stolic as regional sales manager. Stolic will have sales responsibility throughout the South Florida marketplace and will also serve as a technician. He brings over 38 years of industry experience to his new position. FGS has also hired Greg Hulbert as regional sales manager, and he will serve the central and northeast portions of Florida. He previously worked for Roland DGA and brings over 15 years of industry experience to his position.

Global Imaging Inc. has been named a US distributor of Allied Technology Corporation (ATC) coating equipment. The company is known for its “Cyclone” superior quality coating machines. The company offers three liquid coating machine products that are all available through Global Imaging.

MaxLite has appointed Jim Wang to product marketing manager. Wang will oversee a variety of product categories as well as work with MaxLite’s R&D, marketing, engineering, product development, design, and sales teams to help introduce new products to market. Wang previously worked for a variety of lighting companies including Simkar, Cooper Lighting, and Hubbell Lighting.

NanoLumens® has appointed Dr. Donald E. Panoz to Chairman of the Board. He will aid the company in achieving its long-term growth objectives. Panoz has 50 years experience of entrepreneurial success in fields as far ranging as pharmaceuticals, resorts, motorsports, and wine.

Verseidag Seemee US has promoted Eric Tischer to president. Tischer will handle all day-to-day business aspects of VSUS’s North and South American markets. Tischer previously served as vice president and director of Textiles & Specialty Products.
