Paradigm Imaging Group Announces New Wide Format Flatbed Scanner by KURABO

Paradigm Imaging Group, a leading distributor of large format scanning and printing solutions, announces the release of a new wide format flatbed scanner by Kurabo.

The new K-IS-A0FW ARCH E Size 36 inches-by-48 inches flatbed Single CCD Sensor scanner, manufactured by Kurabo, is a perfect solution for scanning museum art, textiles, and delicate documents. Flatbed scanning protects valuable originals making them stationary on the scan glass while scanning with precision and accuracy.

The new flatbed scanner is equipped with a Dual White LED system for forward and backward scanning directions. It can control light intensity individually, therefore the scanner can emphasize a shadow of textured images providing a 3D effect. An ARCH E size color document can be scanned in seventeen seconds or less in 300 dpi/high-speed mode. Resolution is adjustable by one dpi increments within the range from 50 dpi to 2000 dpi.

Kurabo currently offers the K-IS-A1FW ARCH D size 24 inches-by-36 inches flatbed scanner. This new ARCH E size flatbed scanner will offer solutions to the size demands of their extensive client base of government entities and museums which use the scanner in the preservation and recording of historical documents and priceless artwork.
