Global Imaging Showcases A Variety of New Products at SGIA

Global Imaging, the innovative integrator of state-of-the-art wide and grand format equipment, will feature new products in addition to an entire grand format workflow from pre-press to finishing at 2014 SGIA EXPO, October 22-24 in Las Vegas, NV.

Global Imaging has continued to lead the way in the rapidly growing digital textile print market with its lineup of innovative digital textile printers from PrinterEvolution that will be featured at the show. These includes the best-in-class, dye sub digital textile printer, Evo33 DS, and the pioneering commercial Neo 64 DS water-based turnkey dye sub printer with onboard sublimation unit, which comes in 64-inch, 74-inch, and 104-inch widths. Its newest product, the elegant Eos126 DS industrial size printer with onboard sublimation unit, will make its SGIA debut this year.

“According to a 2014 InfoTrends report, 81 percent of respondents named textiles as their number one growth opportunity for wide and grand format applications. Global Imaging is dedicated to helping its customers understand and expand into this exciting market,” said Tara Lamb, president of Global Imaging.

Another exciting show introduction is the precise German engineered, original industrial sewing equipment from Impulsa. Global Imaging is the exclusive U.S. distributor of Impulsa sewing machines and will feature the Impulsa Synchromatic ECO industrial sewing machine. “ Finishing is universally the biggest obstacle for print shops entering the digital textile marketplace and Global’s goal is to educate their partners on the most efficient and effective way to embrace this portion of fabric workflow,” Lamb said.

Global will also showcase the Novus Synergia H/UV high speed hybrid UV printer with gloss printing, dual roll capability, up to 21-layer printing with white, spot, and varnish. The H/UV is a true hybrid flatbed printer that can achieve unattended high speed roll-to-roll unlike the competitors. Also featured will be the popular REXframe reusable textile aluminum display systems with silicon edge graphics.
