SignLab 11 for digitally printed and vinyl cut signs and graphics adds new features.

SignLab 11

Fiery LLC has launched the latest version of its sign making and graphic production software, SignLab 11. This release combines vector and bitmap design and editing tools to simplify the production of signs, banners, decals and decor.

According to the independent provider of digital front ends (DFEs) and workflow software, from one platform, businesses can design and produce unique digitally printed, vinyl cut, and print/cut signs and graphics.

SignLab is purpose-built for production, offering control of design elements and support for popular print, cut and hybrid devices. The new vectorization controls, weed features, PDF cut tools, effects catalog and fit to shape features are not generally found in design applications and often require third-party apps.

Combining these tools with the widest direct support for output devices, SignLab gives printers a comprehensive production platform that includes integrated design, layout and production workflow software, according to Fiery.

“This new release of SignLab builds on Fiery’s legacy of innovation and automation to offer customers a modern, all-in-one platform that streamlines workflows, improves productivity, and accelerates profitability of their sign or wide format business,” says John Henze, Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Fiery.

New features and updates include:

  • Vectorization Previewer
  • Fit To Shape
  • Effects Catalog
  • Power Weed Text Lines
  • PDF Cutter Support
  • Theme Selector

With over 1,300 drivers available from a range of print, cut and hybrid devices, SignLab is designed to help shops of all sizes maximize their production devices, automate common tasks and reduce rework.
